Mastermind Consulting has worked with Best’s Wines Great Western on marketing strategy development since 2009. It’s been a privilege working with a winery that was established in 1866, helping to evolve the brand and assist with communications to connect with a modern audience through digital and social mediums.

Mastermind has helped the Best’s team:

  • re-brand and build the brand personality
  • develop its social voice and build communities through digital and social media campaigns
  • engage and grow direct-to-consumer database
  • release wines via innovative mediums – the first brand in Australia to release new vintages via a trade, media and consumer “tweet up” #bestswines
  • establish a consumer tasting panel to encourage user-generated content for the brand
  • tell the stories of people and personalities involved in the brand to a broader audience
  • develop specific content marketing initiatives to help tell brand stories and convey the history of the brand in a unique and memorable way

The results have been outstanding for Best’s and we look forward to continuing the journey with the team as they heads towards their 150th anniversary in 2016.
