THEA MCLACHLAN, DIGITAL DESIGNER/CONTENT CREATOR
Thea studied a Bachelor of Design in Photography and Situated Media at the University of Technology, Sydney. After finishing Uni, Thea took a year to travel and develop her Graphic Design skills.
Prior to starting at Mastermind, Thea worked at a financial company as a Digital Graphic Designer whilst also dabbling in other media forms such as podcast producing and copywriting. Thea most recently worked on the re-launch of Harper’s Bazaar Australia as the Production Coordinator, which was a great insight into the world of print after 3 years of digital experience.
Thea is passionate about telling stories through good design and is always looking to expand her knowledge and skills.
I can’t go past a Pinot Gris on a warm summer’s day, and I love a Sangiovese or Tempranillo with Italian food. I also have a weakness for great dessert wine.
I like to stay fit and my favourite kind of exercise is social sport. I play touch football year-round and have been playing netball for nearly 20 years!
On my days off you’ll find me at the beach or travelling with my boyfriend in our campervan.
I love spending time with my pets, I have a sassy cat named Cleo and a lazy Beagle named Harley.
